KE would like to invite interested bidders to submit sealed proposal with budget plan and timeline for running Khmer Enterprise Hackathon Project.

The bidding process will consist of 5 steps as elaborated below.

Step 1: Interested bidders to share interest in the project vial email no longer than two weeks.

Step 2: KE to invite interested bidder for a detailed project briefing within one or two days after the closing date

Step 3: Bidders to submit a proposal and budget plan within two weeks after the project briefing.

Step 4: KE to evaluate the proposal and budget plan within one week after submission date

Step 5: Announcement of the successful bidder.
