The National Incubation Center of Cambodia (NICC) was established with the purpose of supporting Cambodian startups by providing training, research and technology innovation, information, and communication. The center is also a linkage between entrepreneurs, startups, students, and enterprises to discuss in purpose of finding out the best solution. The National Incubational Center of Cambodia (NICC) has four departments, including: Research and Innovation Department Business Development Department Human Resources and Program Development Department Support department The center offers services such as: Human resource training. Provide information and communication technology solutions to all institutions. Provide consulting about business and technology.
