"Thomas is Deputy Director of the European Chamber of Commerce - the largest international business chamber in Cambodia, with 300+ members. He co-directs the 20-person chamber and heads the Investment Services Department. As Head of Investment Services, he manages consultancies across Cambodia, facilitating market entry for businesses interested in the Kingdom. His projects focus on feasibility analysis, trade & investment promotion, SME support, and private sector development for organisations such as the EU Delegation, Swisscontact, Oxfam, GIZ, and various embassies and private corporations. Prior to EuroCham, Thomas was a Strategy Consultant at Emerging Markets Consulting (EMC), working in their Lao PDR and Myanmar offices. He provided business intelligence across multiple ASEAN countries for clients including the World Bank, GIZ, and several blue-chip enterprises. Before moving to Asia, Thomas worked as a fast-track management scheme graduate for BT Group, and just prior, at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. He is a UK citizen. "
